Bastion is open-source software released under the MIT license. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Bastion is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The authors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use, including trading losses.
Bastion is a tool, not an advisor. Nothing it outputs is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading tokenized assets carries substantial risk, including total loss of capital. You act on your own judgement and at your own risk.
Bastion is non-custodial. Keys stay on your own machine and the software signs with a key you control. The authors never hold, move, or have access to your funds.
Bastion interacts with third-party networks and services (Robinhood Chain, on-chain oracles, model providers). We do not operate or control them and are not responsible for their behaviour, availability, or accuracy.
You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, including any that govern trading, taxation, and the use of automated tools.
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
